A lavish and decadent winter breakfast porridge that is so good it is almost a desert style breakfast - almost like a carrot cake in a bowl. Perfect for an indulgent Sunday morning winter breakfast treat, but still super healthy!!

Optional serving ingredients
  • raw sugar and maple syrup
  1. Place all ingredients into a small saucepan and cook on low stirring until cooked to the consistency you like.

  2. Place into serving bowl once cooked and top with 1/4 teaspoon raw sugar and a drizzle of maple syrup and a few pecan nuts to serve. Omit the raw sugar and maple syrup if you have less of a sweet tooth.
