Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, our products or your order please make contact with us so that we can resolve your issues. Simply drop us a line at [email protected] explaining your concerns. If the item is to be returned, it can be sent to: Brushwoods, 1359 Brushwood Road, Coolamon, NSW 2701. Please make contact prior to organising return shipping as we may simply ask for photographic evidence of the product fault, defect or damage.

Due to Health & Safety regulations, we are unable to offer returns or exchange on food or personal hygiene items which were ordered erroneously. If your order was damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We can organise a refund or replacement when deemed appropriate. Give us the opportunity to discuss your concerns and resolve them.

We only replace items that are deemed defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement item to reach you will vary.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1359 Brushwood Road, Coolamon, NSW, 2701, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Reimbursement of shipping costs are negotiated on a case-by-case basis prior to the item being returned to Brushwoods.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR AMENDMENTS

Orders can be cancelled with a full refund (excluding platform or credit card processing fees) if they have not yet been processed. We do pride ourselves on speedy dispatch of orders so if you wish to cancel or amend your order give us a call ASAP on 0428101372. Once the order is dispatched we cannot amend the order itself or the shipping details.

Just a heads up...

We're hanging up our work boots for a week and heading to the beach. 

Orders placed after 12pm Friday 21st January will be processed week beginning 31st January.
